Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all services offered by Wrkt.in, including training sessions, online packages, yoga classes, diet plans, and subscriptions.
A. Cancellations
1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
* Cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session: eligible to reschedule without charge.
* Cancellation under 24 hours: full session fee forfeited.
2. Wrkt.in‑Initiated Cancellation
* If we cancel, you will be notified promptly. Options: reschedule or receive full refund/credit.
3. No‑Shows
If you miss a session without notice, it is considered a no-show. The session is forfeited with no refund.
B. Refunds
CANCELLATION
Only 6 Week, 12 Week and 24 Week Packages/Plans are refundable no later than 30 days of purchase. Sports Nutrition Package, General Well Being Family Package, Pre-Wedding Makeover Package, Contest Prep/Pre Photo Shoot Packages and all 52 Week Packages/Plans are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and non-transferable.
All Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Fitness , Physiotherapists are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and non-transferable
If you are not satisfied with our services then you can ask for a coach change in the same tier as of your purchase or a refund by raising a ticket to cancel your package subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect immediately upon approval.
Coach change may only be provided in the same tier as that of the enrolled coach, at the discretion of WRKT.
In case of cancellation of a package:
* For all 12 Week Transformation Package and 24 Week Extended
Transformation Package ₹ 500 / US
$8 will be deducted.
* For all 12 Weeks Couple Package and 24 Weeks Couple Package ₹ 1000 / US $16 will be deducted.
* Any costs associated with the provision of free services which have been issued or availed towards health checkup, insurance etc will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
* Submit refund request via email to wrkt.in@gmail.com within the specified window.
* Refunds are processed within 14 business days via original payment method.
* Bank processing may take 3–10 business days more.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
* Medical or emergency cancellations may be exempt from standard fees with valid proof at our discretion.
* Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) will result in reschedule options or full refunds/credits.
Dispute Resolution Problems?
Email wrkt.in@gmail.com If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction, in accordance with governing law.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy with changes posted online. Clients will be notified 30 days prior to changes affecting refund terms.
