I started my journey in natural bodybuilding with WRKT at the age of 44 .. Initially it was like an unrealistic goal for me to get there but thanks to Rishikesh Sir who accepted a challenge to transform me so that i can participate in ICN India, a natural bodybuilding competition. He planned diets n workouts for me considering my previous health issues and injuries.. He gave me confidence that i can do it in this age with lots of hard work.. I gave all my blood and sweat to prove myself. And after Six months that dream came true when I was standing on that Prestigious Stage with seven Trophies and overall winner Trophy.
